Emma C. Banks

Emma Banks is a writer and amateur queer historian based in Brooklyn, New York. She writes about culture for various publications nationwide and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Women’s and Gender Studies at the Graduate Center, CUNY, where she is the 2023 Communications Fellow for the Center for LGBTQ Studies. In her spare time she volunteers at the Lesbian Herstory Archives.
